Inari Carbon is the activated carbon manufacturing line of PT. Inari Berkah Sahaja, an Indonesian producer and exporter built on coconut-derived commodities. Working from a network of coconut shell charcoal suppliers across the archipelago, we carbonize, steam-activate, screen and pack activated carbon engineered for demanding industrial applications.

Every shipment is prepared for international buyers from day one — export-grade packaging, complete shipping documentation, and a production process built around consistency rather than one good batch.

HOW IT'S MADE

From coconut shell to container, in five stages.

Coconut shell sourcing

Coconut shell charcoal is sourced from carbonization partners across the Indonesian archipelago and inspected on arrival.

Carbonization

Shells are carbonized into raw charcoal, the base feedstock for every grade of activated carbon we produce.

Steam activation

Controlled high-temperature steam activation opens the microporous structure that gives the carbon its adsorption capacity.

Screening & testing

Product is screened into mesh grades and tested for iodine number, ash, moisture and hardness before release.

Packaging & export

Carbon is bagged to order, palletized, container-loaded and shipped FOB Jakarta or Tanjung Priok to ports worldwide.

If your process requires inspection by SGS, Sucofindo, Bureau Veritas or another surveyor, we'll coordinate container access on your inspector's schedule.

What's the difference between coconut shell and coal-based activated carbon?+

Coconut shell carbon has a denser, predominantly microporous structure, which gives it a higher iodine number and hardness for its weight than most coal-based carbons. That makes it well suited to water treatment, gold recovery and applications where hardness under mechanical handling matters.

What is the minimum order quantity for export?+

Standard export orders start at one 20ft container. Smaller trial or sample quantities can be arranged separately for buyers testing the product before committing to a full container.

Can you provide a Certificate of Analysis?+

Yes. Every shipment is accompanied by a COA showing iodine number, ash content, moisture and hardness for the specific batch being shipped.

What mesh sizes do you offer?+

Our standard range covers 4×8, 6×12, 8×16, 8×30 and 12×40 mesh. Other gradations can be discussed depending on your application and order volume.

Do you support OEM or private label packaging?+

Yes. Beyond our standard 25kg bags and jumbo bags, we accommodate custom printed packaging and labeling for private label export orders.

What are your shipping terms?+

We ship FOB from Tanjung Priok or Jakarta as standard, with CIF quotations available on request depending on destination port.

Yes — new buyers are encouraged to request a sample for independent testing before committing to a container-size order.
